1. Description of Equipment and Services:

We offer a variety of computer equipment, including specific models and configurations as detailed in the equipment schedule part of this agreement. Each piece of equipment is provided in good working condition, with pre-installed operating systems as applicable.

2. Rental Period and Extension:

The rental agreement commences on the delivery date of the first piece of equipment and remains in effect until all rented equipment is returned. Renters may extend the rental period with prior notice and according to the terms herein, subject to equipment availability.

3. Payment Terms:

Rental fees are determined based on the equipment type, quantity, and rental duration as outlined in the equipment schedule. Payment is due monthly in advance, starting from the commencement date. Late payments may incur additional charges at an interest rate of 12% per annum on the overdue amount.

4. Use and Maintenance of Equipment:

The Renter agrees to use the equipment solely for lawful purposes and within the operating instructions provided. Maintenance and care beyond normal wear and tear are the Renter’s responsibility. This includes avoiding exposure to harmful conditions, and unauthorized alterations, and ensuring proper handling.

5. Reporting and Handling of Damage or Loss:

Any damage or loss of the equipment must be immediately reported to Royal Technologies . The Renter is liable for repair costs or replacement value in the event of damage or loss due to negligence or misuse.

6. Insurance Requirement:

The Renter is advised to secure insurance coverage for the rented equipment against theft, loss, or damage.

7. Service Support and Equipment Replacement:

Royal Technologies guarantees a response time of no more than 48 hours for service requests, excluding holidays. In case of a defect not caused by misuse or unauthorized alterations, we will provide a replacement with similar specifications.

8. Software and Data:

Operating systems are installed on devices as needed, but the Renter is responsible for obtaining and licensing any other required software. The Renter is solely responsible for data backup and protection. Royal Technologies is not liable for data loss.

9. Termination and Return:

Either party can terminate the agreement with 30-day written notice. Upon termination, equipment must be returned in good condition, subject to normal wear and tear. Failure to return equipment in a timely manner will result in additional charges equivalent to the rental fee until the equipment is returned.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Acceptance of Terms:

By renting equipment from Royal Technologies the Renter acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
